[Back To Top] ZEBRA ZeBRA is a tool to assist the practice managers in reconciliation of the bank deposit statement to payments posted to the billing system. Logs and reports are customizable to work with the practice's current work flow. These logs track bank deposits, batches of deposits to be posted to the billing system, deposits that are not to be posted to the billing system, and refunds processed and posted to the billing system. A download is imported each day from the billing system into the database which assists in automating the process. ZeBRA reports assist the practice managers in accounting for all deposits into the bank account and payments posted to the billing system for each day. Daily reconciliation and proper accounting of all deposits will ensure that the month-end bank reconciliation is a surmountable task.
