About the Presenter:
Patty has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the home health industry. Her background includes directorship roles in both healthcare system and hospital settings. Patty provided 29 years of overall leadership as Home Health Director for two home health agencies with a combined net revenue of $22 million. She embraces industry advancement and innovation to transform home healthcare delivery and believes that care technology strengthens caregiver-patient engagement, provides better insight for patients and families, and improves health outcomes.
Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Penn State University and an MBA from Averett University. She is a licensed Registered Nurse in Virginia and West Virginia and holds a Home Health Nurse Certification by the American Nurses Association. In 1997, Patty was awarded Virginia Association of Home Care Administrator of the Year, and she is a past recipient of the Valley Health Excellence in Performance Award and Valley Health Quarterly Teamwork Award.
