Attracting and retaining frontline caregivers has never been more challenging.

That is why we developed NALI™, the Nursing Assistant Leadership Initiative.

NALI is a complete, interactive, educational experience designed to enhance the skills of frontline caregivers so they can grow into the role of a Lead Nursing Assistant and advance their careers.

Through meaningful lessons guided by nursing professionals, the Nursing Assistant Leadership Initiative addresses common difficulties encountered every day when leading a nursing team.

The program is purposely designed to provide a multi-faceted approach to developing new frontline nursing leaders while supporting the experienced nurse supervisors who manage day-to-day operations.

Each module is designed to build upon core leadership skills for experienced nursing assistants who are being promoted to the role of Lead Nursing Assistant.
